Respect

• No insults, swearing or demeaning language.
• No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic.
• No harassment, threats, bullying or following a player around.
• No sexual or obscene content.
• No offensive or inappropriate player names or profile pictures.

For your safety

• Don’t share your own or anyone else’s phone number, address, social media account or other personal information.
• Don’t post links to places outside the game, advertising or spam.
• Don’t give your account details to anyone pretending to be GlitchFact staff; we never ask for passwords or payment details.

Fair play

• Don’t use cheats, bots or software that modifies the game, and don’t exploit bugs.
• Don’t buy or sell accounts or in-game items for real money.
• Don’t try to steer a match or table by colluding with other players.

Tools at hand

You can report, mute and block players who break the rules in our games. In Yatır Batır, open a player’s profile and use “Report” to tell us; if you report from a profile opened at the table, the latest table messages and that player’s latest speech are added to the report. “Block” stops them from messaging you and seeing you. At the table, double-tap the chat button to mute players’ messages, or double-tap the push-to-talk button to mute their voices, just for you.

If the rules are broken

Expressions such as swearing, insults, personal information and links are starred out automatically in chat, and sending too many messages in a short time is limited. Our AI-assisted system reviews reports right away; when it is not sure, a moderator takes a look. We act on reports within 24 hours.

Every violation has points: swearing, insults, personal information, spam, cheating, disruptive play and inappropriate names 1 point; family insults, harassment and sexual content 2 points; threats and hate speech 3 points; child safety violations and fraud 8 points. Points expire after 6 months.

The length of an action depends on your total points from the last 6 months: 1 or 2 points 1 day, 3 points 3 days, 4 points 7 days, 5 points 14 days, 6 points 21 days, 7 points 60 days, 8 points or more 1 year. The type depends on the violation: a chat ban for violations in text chat, a voice ban for violations at voice tables; an additional table ban for threats and hate speech; a table ban for cheating and disruptive play; a name reset for inappropriate names; an account suspension for child safety violations and fraud. Only a moderator can close an account permanently.
