Terms of Use

1. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play our games. If you are under 18, play with your parent’s or guardian’s permission.

2. Your account

You can play our games as a guest or with your Google or Apple account. A guest account lives only on the device you play on; if you change devices or delete the game you may not be able to get your guest account back. If you play with a Google or Apple account, your progress is tied to that account. With a guest account you can’t write free text at a table or speak at a voice table.

Your account is personal: you may not transfer, sell or share it. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Virtual items

Virtual currencies and items in our games (such as gold, tea, skill uses and chests in Yatır Batır) are a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the relevant game only; you do not own them.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value: they cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, sold outside the game or transferred to other players or accounts. We may change their values, prices and rules to keep the game balanced. If your account is deleted or closed, your virtual items are deleted too.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and prices are shown in the store. The store takes the payment; the item is added to your account after our server verifies it.

Because purchased virtual items are delivered to your account immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for immediately supplied digital content does not apply, subject to your mandatory legal rights (including, in the EEA and UK, where you consented to immediate delivery). Refund requests are handled under the store’s rules. If an item did not reach your account, email destek@glitchfact.com.

5. Fair play and conduct

To keep our games fun for everyone, the following are not allowed:

• Using cheats, bots, automation or software that modifies the game; exploiting bugs.
• Buying or selling accounts or virtual items, or trading in-game items for real money.
• Breaking the Community Guidelines: insults, harassment, hate speech, spam, inappropriate player names or sharing personal information.
• Pretending to be GlitchFact staff or another player.
• Trying to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our games or our servers.

6. Chat, voice chat and user content

You are responsible for what you write in chat, what you say at a voice table and the player name you choose. You allow us to use these to the extent needed to deliver them to other players and check that they follow the rules. Expressions that break the rules may be starred out automatically, and we may remove content that breaks the rules. How messages and voice recordings are used in reports is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Enforcement

If you break these terms or the Community Guidelines, one or more of the following actions may be applied: a warning, a chat ban, a voice ban at voice tables, a table ban (you can’t join games or tables), a player name reset, an account suspension or permanent account closure. The type and length of an action follow the points and durations table in the Community Guidelines.

Reports are first reviewed by our AI-assisted system, which may apply an action automatically; if the system is not sure, a moderator decides, and a moderator also reviews serious actions. Only a moderator can reset a player name or close an account permanently. You can see the type, reason and remaining time of an action in the game.

If you think an action was a mistake, write to destek@glitchfact.com; if an action is lifted on appeal, its points are removed too.

8. Changes to our games and interruptions

We may update our games and add or remove features. A game may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance or technical problems. If we decide to shut a game down completely, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.

9. Intellectual property

Our games’ software, design, art, sounds, characters (including Yatır and Batır in Yatır Batır) and trademarks belong to us. We give you a limited licence to play our games for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer them.

10. Liability

We provide our games as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from a game being unavailable or from the loss of virtual items. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time; the steps are on our Account Deletion page. We reserve the right to close your account if you seriously breach these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts where they live. Consumers elsewhere keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in our games or on our website. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms. Send any questions to destek@glitchfact.com.
