Account Deletion

Last updated: 16 October 2026

You can delete your account and data in GlitchFact’s games at any time. Yatır Batır is our only game right now; as new games arrive we’ll add their steps to this page. In Yatır Batır there are two ways:

1. In the game

Go to Settings → Terms & Privacy → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is closed right away and permanently deleted after 25 days.

If you sign in with the same account within those 25 days, the game reminds you of your deletion request and you can cancel it if you want; your account comes back exactly as it was. If you don’t cancel, your account and data are deleted on day 25; remaining technical traces are cleared within 30 days at the latest. When the deletion is complete, we let you know on your phone if you have allowed notifications.

2. By email

If you have deleted the game or can’t get into it, send an email with the subject “Account deletion request” to destek@glitchfact.com. So that we can find your account, include the 8-character code shown on the Add tab of the game’s Social screen, or the Google or Apple account you signed in with. Your account is closed from the day your request reaches us and deleted after 25 days; during that time you can cancel by signing in with the same account. Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest and we let you know by email.

What is deleted?

Your account and the following data linked to it are deleted:

  • your account and sign-in data (Google, Apple or guest identifier),
  • your player name, avatar and profile,
  • your level, gold, tea, skill uses, chests and place progress,
  • your leaderboard entries,
  • your friends list, bonds and gift history,
  • your device registration for phone notifications,
  • your ad consent record,
  • your chat messages.

What may be kept for a while?

We have to keep some records for a limited time because of our legal obligations and for security:

  • Purchase records: for the period required by law.
  • Report and moderation records: up to 2 years to prevent abuse.
  • Record of the deletion (account number, dates, how it was requested and the outcome): 3 years, as required by law.
  • Anonymous statistics that can’t be linked to anyone.

Good to know

During the 25-day waiting period your account is closed: you can’t keep playing or sit at a table, and you may appear offline in your friends’ lists.

Once the waiting period is over and your account is deleted, this can’t be undone. Virtual items you bought are deleted too and can’t be restored. After deletion is complete, signing in with the same Google or Apple account, or as a guest on the same device, creates a brand-new account.
